The story so far
It didn't start as a method. It started as a spreadsheet, a bit too much conviction, and a habit of checking things far more often than they needed to be checked.
What changed wasn't the ambition — it was the shape of it. A single bet, however well-researched, is still a single point of failure. So the real work became architectural: building several independent, self-contained engines, each with its own rules, its own ceiling, its own way of failing.
Some engines are fully systematic — rules written once, followed without emotion. Some are collaborative, built on a network of independent operators each running their own approach. Every engine, regardless of type, operates under the same rule: a hard limit on how wrong it's allowed to be.
This isn't a pitch. It's a running log of a system that's still being built, one cycle at a time.
